For years I didn’t notice how far I’d drifted from my body. Burnout from work left me unmoored. Most nights I lay on my bedroom floor, and in that quiet I started to move again. It began simply, gently rolling to soothe my hips and ease the weight in my back. Bit by bit, without forcing it, I started to reconnect. A lot of life unfolded after those first moments, and now I’m here to guide you through your own process—rebuilding a relationship you may not realize has gone quiet.
